General electric light bulbs will begin to distribute hybrid




General Electric hybrid fluorescent, halogen Compact (CFL) light that was announced last year have begun to make its way to retailers nationwide. According to recent reports, these eco-friendly light bulbs are expected to be available nationwide on April 22 – Earth Day.


What makes these special light bulbs is that they take little time to fully light, last longer than regular incandescent bulbs and contain less mercury. This means less light bulb changes for people at home and when the bulbs hybrid gets eliminated, there is less mercury to the environment to be treated. Hybrid bulbs are expected to cost between $ 5.99 amd $ 9.99 depending on the power and color.
